I can't wait for it either, but I was under the impression that it was supposed to be set between Episode III and Episode IV.

Anyway, I'm pretty much addicted to BluRay - after you watch them it's hard to go back to DVD. I'm thinking about picking up the Clone War's BRD. What do you guys think?

There are parts of the series that I like, and parts I wish the Great Pit of Carkoon would swallow whole.
First of all I dislike the animation.
And second, the battle droids are to dang stupid.

But I like how they have troopers dying in it, it makes it more realistic. Men die in war.

Well, with every TV series, there are good parts and there are bad parts. As for the battle droids, of course they're stupid. What did you expect? They have been in Episodes I-III.

well plus we have to factor in that it is meant for a broad audience, Kids, (Droid stupidity = comic relief/humor), and to every other SW fan because it is about Star Wars. The animation is a new thing, I though it was a bad idea because the old clone wars cartoons (the five minute long ones) were beautifully done. After I saw the new clone war movie, my opinion stayed the same, because the movie graphics were disappointing. But I watched an episode of the cartoon, and the graphics were 100 times better, and they made the clone troopers very interesting characters.

I saw this scene on TV, that is was really cool. Reminds me of the in-depth of the clone troopers in RC.

They really ought to do a Republic Commando TV series or something...I figure It would appeal to a very small audience, but if they can make over 100 episodes of Red vs Blue on Halo (Awsome, by the way. RvB is very funny.) Then somebody could use SWG or something to make a fan video or 2 for Republic Commando.

I love this show. I watched the whole season 1 in a day. Can't wait for season 2.
