They keep promising this and then changing what it is going to be ... so long as Lucas has very little to do with directing it might not be too bad ... I'm not holding my breath, though.

Yea Lucas will only be writing the first season, after that he will hand it off to other people. So maybe we have a chance? ;)

I too have heard about this for a while and it sounds interesting. But a series without Vader, the Emperor, or ANY JEDIS?! I think that'd be hard to do, but it still sounds interesting. Hopefully better than the CLONE WARS tv show.

Oh I'm sure they will make it better then Clone Wars, it seems to me they might be targeting a more adult audience with this tv series? They said it'd be dark and gritty. Those words remind me a lot of BSG :p

Also I think it'd be refreshing to not have the iconic character of star wars around. I mean even though Boba Fett is iconic..:rolleyes:

What i read is that they dont have a script yet and thus havent been casting at the moment. but that would be awesome and possible since hes already played the character and such.

I thought he did fine for his role. He even got to speak Mando'a, !!!!! what if they have him speak it in the show with subtitles, or non at all! XD That'd be soooooo cool!

I think he did fine for his role as well. I mean Boba barely did anything in AOTC, I don't see why you could say he did a bad job.

I was about to say that Boba doesn't even know Mando'a, but everything that Karen has written as been struck from the canon, so who knows. Something tells me Lucas wouldn't give it that much consideration.

Because what he did do was awful. That whole scene between him and his father in the ship, trying to take down Obi-wan was cringe worthy. That would be like wanting the kid who played Ani back - and he was better.
