I just watched the ComicCon Star Wars Spectacular on G4 and saw some previews for the 2nd season of The Clone Wars. They showed a pic of Mandalore and at the end had a group of Mandalorians talking to Obi-wan........................ plus a few other awesome vids:

I had heard that BioWare was going to make another major annoucement at ComicCon. Any ideas on what that will be?

agreed there, Mandalore;)

Yeah, she is somewhat. Not as bad as Jar Jar though. We will eventually get to see her die in the series, but with Jar Jar we don't have that luxury.

I entirely agree with these statements... why doesn't Jar jar die in star wars?!:( george lucas made a great error creating binks.
but I do hope Ahsoka dies in a good and ironic way, like most jedi do:p

Is it me or does season 2 seem to be a bit darker than season 1?
And we get more clones plus Mandalorians!!! Oya!

For some reason I feel that we won't get to see Ahsoka die. I feel they may try and just say she was killed during Order 66 like almost all other Jedi were.

Jar Jar's voice in the clone wars cartoon is so anoying. Its so bad.
Didnt Ashoka escape from order 66? Tough i read it in wookiepedia, but might have read wrong. Anyway, when does season 2 come out?

I think that she was killed becuase Anakain was not made a Jedi Master. One of the reasons, aside from his age, is that he may have not fully trained a Padawan. This would support Ashoka dying. I think that Dooku will kill her, further fueling Anakin's hatred for him and pushing him closer and closer to the darkside.

either that or she was transferd to another jedi after he makes a mistake or somthing.

I can see that more likely. But it'd be better if Dooku kills her, darker Star Wars is better Star Wars ;)

I don't know, no mistakes Anakin made prior to killing Dooku out of rage are ever noted to my knowledge.

Who cares if that annoying jedi is killed, its all about us being in Season 2, the mandalorians should kill the padawan! That would be epic awesome

Is Ashoka that really annoying Jedi girl? I only saw one episode and she is one of the reasons I didn't watch more.

I actualy am not botherd by her any more. If you can accept Jar Jar you can accept anything they throw mindlessly into the Star Wars univers except midichlorians :( blaahhh for making sence out of the force with science BLAAAAHHHHH!!!!!

I can see why people hate Jar Jar (I do too), but why do a lot of people hate midichlorians?
I don't really like the Clone Wars series, partly because it ignores a lot of other Star Wars lore (such as ships entering hyperspace while in a planetary atmosphere, and the wierd way Anakin got his apprentice).

I have no problems with midcholorians. At least it answers the question as to why some are more adept with the force than others.

its just when I grew up I pictured the force as being sorta magical and unknown. In the original trilogy no one know anything about the force and when episode one came out I was about 10. I liked the force being something you harnessed and controlled. When they explained it scientifically it just rewind my view on it. It just contradicts everything I used to think about when the force was mentioned. If it is midichlorians that make people strong in the force why isnt it harnessed in science for other purposes or why isn't it ever mentioned being studied?

I think that the Shadowtroopers from Jedi Outcast had something to do with midichlorian research.

Yes, they definitely said that season two will be darker than the 1st. They said it will be like Empire Strikes Back to A New Hope.

It sort of makes sense to me. I mean, the Force tends to run in families, right? For example, all of the Skywalkers/Solos (excluding Han Solo) were strong in the Force. It would make sense to me for it to be genetic. Though I probably have a very different view on this because the first Star Wars movie I saw was Episode I.

How about slaughtering an entire Tusken Raider camp because they killed his mother?
As for midichlorians, I hate them with a passion. The Force was the one mystical thing in Star Wars, mysterious and ominous, with no explanation other than that it was all around you and it bound life together. It was a magical thing. OH BUT WAIT IT'S JUST BACTERIA IN YOUR BLOODSTREAM, SORRY TO MAKE YOU THINK THE FORCE WAS INTERESTING IN ANY SHAPE, FORM, OR FASHION.
