I just finished Vindication #6 in the Old Republic Comics about Zayne Carrick, I think it was the last one i the storyline and there are more coming out, but its definetly worth buying the volumes 1, 2, 3, 4, and Vindication which is #5 kinda but its mostly a side plot. And then 6 is Vindication, there is a 7 but i havent read it.
The setting is during the Mandalorian War, you see all the old republic favorites, like Brejik, Gadon, Mission, Carth, Griff, Alek who becomes someone else, And some others its an interesting storyline, but I cant really say anything about it without putting some Spoilers in, so ill leave it at that they should be availible at most borders hehe.

I would get into comics, but there just to expensive for the amount of reading time you get out of them in my opinion.

I have all the volumes, if you buy the entire volume, which is like 10-15 comics long, its a better deal. Buying them singularly is somewhat expensive.

I have read up to the latest comic in the series and I have to say that this series is done very well. The artist that did the first few comics really captures the look of the Old Republic and although the other comics have art that's just as notable, it fails in comparison imo.

Yea the newest ones are no where near as good as the first 20 or so, they have become more cartoonish and unreal, where as the first ones looked very real for being a comic.

Yes, I'll have to agree. When the first 10-20 KotOR comics came out they were very enjoyable, and I still like the comic series now. But it feels like they're just dragging it along and it won't end; I wasn't a big fan of the whole Muur Talisman and Rakhgol plague thing.

Anyone know a good place to get these comics? I'm very interested in getting a visual feel for the Old Republic era. I can't seem to find them anywhere.

You could go to Barnes & Nobles because they normaly have them. If not, they can always order some for you and it arrives normaly between 3-5 days. The comics (as in collection of various issues in one of those big book things) are normaly between $17.95-19.95.

Alright. How long does it take to read one? I'm guessing a very short time.

Yeah, about an hour give or take. It depends how interested you are in what your reading, and how long it takes you to read.
